These terms govern access to and use of digital design, 3D modeling, and architectural visualization services provided through the siammodel platform.
Siammodel offers digital prototyping, CAD modeling, architectural rendering, and technical consulting services for the manufacturing industries in Romania. All deliverables are provided exclusively in digital format, according to the specifications agreed upon at the order stage.
The client is obliged to provide complete and accurate information regarding the technical requirements of the project. Siammodel reserves the right to request additional clarifications and to refuse the execution of orders that do not comply with legal or ethical standards. Deliverables remain the intellectual property of siammodel until full payment of the invoice.
Siammodel assumes no liability for errors or omissions in the data provided by the client. In the event of technical failures not attributable to siammodel, the delivery time may be extended by a maximum of 10 working days. The total liability of siammodel for any loss or damage is limited to the invoiced value of the respective service.
Any unauthorized use of the platform or deliverables (including redistribution, modification, or resale without written consent) will result in the immediate termination of access to services. Siammodel may suspend the client's account in the event of repeated violations of the terms.
These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified 15 days before the changes take effect, via email or by posting on the website. Continued use of the services after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
